Will you sell my data?

No! We will never sell or share your data with any third party. As a result, we have to charge for our service, since we don't profit of your data, like with Google Analytics.

What is a profile?

Users will count as profile when you add custom data (like their email address) to them. This is helpful when your users log-in into your app or website. Only active users count towards your monthly quota.

What happens after the retention limit?

We don't want you to loose your precious traffic data. This is why we will keep your data up to 6 months longer than suggested in your plan. This gives you enough time to upgrade and recover your data.

Is Splitbee GDPR compliant?

We do our best to comply with all privacy laws. Splitbee was built with privacy in mind and users can not be tracked around the web. We are working out all details and will release a statement on privacy in the near future.

What if I reach the page view limit?

Some traffic spikes are okay. We will continue to collect page views if the limit is reached. If you exceed the limit two months in a row, we will ask you to upgrade your plan.

What are automations?

Automations allows you to run actions when a specific event is triggered.

• Send your users a welcome email when they sign up
• Notify yourself on Telegram every time a purchase is made
• Call a custom webhook when a user is inactive for a week
