Splitbee was acquired by Vercel two years ago. While this marked the beginning of an exciting journey together, we've made the decision to sunset Splitbee.
Over the past two years at Vercel, we've built Vercel Web Analytics alongside improvements to Speed Insights, Logs, and Observability. While some of Splitbee's product-oriented features aren't currently available in Vercel’s platform, Web Analytics offers robust capabilities that we continue to expand and enhance.
We want to thank you, our dedicated users and supporters, for being a part of the Splitbee journey. Your trust and feedback have helped shape not only Splitbee but also our vision for analytics at Vercel.
To ensure a smooth transition, we have put together the following plan:
- Grace period: Splitbee's services will remain operational until the end of June. During this time, you can continue to use Splitbee while exploring alternative analytics solutions.
- Data export: We understand the importance of your data. Over the next 3 months, you will be able to export your Splitbee data.
- You can find an option to download your raw data in the Splitbee settings.
- To view your exported data, you can use our export viewer.
- If you want to import your data to Vercel Web Analytics, reach out to us at [email protected].
- Billing: As of today, all billing for Splitbee has been stopped. You will not be charged during the 3-month grace period.
- Refunds: If you have recently subscribed to our yearly plan and would like a refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].
If you're using Vercel, you can start using Vercel Web Analytics today, which provides powerful insights into your web applications. We're actively developing new features and capabilities to help you better understand your users and application performance.
